Gothic 3‘s manual mentions slaves who manage to get the Orcs’ respect as well as their freedom by choosing the way of a gladiator and succeeding on it. The game even refers to this idea: that’s just how Thorus’ career with the Orcs began.
That obviously raises the question where all these gladiators are hiding.
We want to answer it by implementing them into the game. As we starting planning for them, we realized that the game didn’t contain any armour mesh that really sutis them – so we made a new one!
(It should be obvious, but to be safe we’ll mention it: this armour is not yet finished.)
