What do the nomads do for a living? And why don’t they just settle down near some cosy oasis? We took real desert nomads as a blueprint. These are mostly cattle nomads and lead their herds from one oasis to the other, as they have to go on as soon as the animals have grazed the ground. Sadly we aren’t able to introduce camels or something like that, but every group of nomads will be accompanied by a herd of desert cattle.
